Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it โ unused and in its original packaging. Please also include your proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, simply email us at support@silkdefy.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24โ48 hours with return instructions.
Please do not send your purchase back without first receiving return instructions from us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5โ7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company โ it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@silkdefy.com.
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, email us at support@silkdefy.com.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will not be included in your refund.
